Service Description
Our open play sessions are the standard sessions at Sensory Seekerz lasting one and a half hours. They are a haven for your little ones to unleash their imagination and explore in a safe and vibrant environment. Let their creativity soar as they make new friends and create memories that will last a lifetime. We have many different play areas including; role play, construction and two different sensory rooms.

Cancellation Policy
No Refunds or Cancellations By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:        1.     No Refunds: All bookings are final. We do not offer any refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your booking.        2.     No Cancellations: Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered. Please ensure that your plans are firm before making a reservation.        3.     Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your booking to another person or date.        4.     Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received.        5.     Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may offer alternative options at our discretion. However, this does not include refunds. By making a booking, you accept and agree to these terms. Please contact our support team if you have any questions before proceeding with your reservation.
